Est. 1993

Harvest Christian Academy is school board operated. The board is comprised of professional business people and alumni. HCA began in the spring of 1993 with the meetings of several parents concerned about the education of their children. By the summer, a small group of parents made a commitment that through prayer and dependence upon the Lord Jesus Christ, the new school would meet in the fall. In August of 1993, HCA began with Kindergarten through third grade and has been in existence for 30+ years.
We are an inter-denominational K - 12 school. Our curriculum is distinctively Christian using Abeka and our institution is accredited through the International Christian Accrediting Association (ICAA).

Our Mission
Harvest Christian Academy exists to enable its students to become dedicated disciples of Jesus Christ by providing them with a Christ centered, traditional education. An education that will enrich them spiritually as well as intellectually.
Christ Centered and Traditional
We teach all subjects as part of an integrated whole with the scriptures at the center. By providing clear models of scriptural disciples through the teaching staff and school board its becomes clear the path we are paving for our students to follow. Also, we encourage every child to begin and to develop his or her relationship with God the Father.
Our take on traditional learning is through emphasizing time tested, proven approaches to learning. We encouruage our students to develop a love for learning and to live up to his or hers academic potential, by providing an orderly and clear atmosphere conductive to the attainment of the overall goals.

Harvest Christian Academy is accredited and in good standing with International Christian Accrediting Association and
Kentucky Non-Profit School Commission.
